For remote and hybrid teams
Presence and availability for distributed teams.
The green dot tells you who is online this second. Presify keeps the history, so the people who run remote, hybrid, and multi-location teams can see online time, daily patterns, and where coverage has gaps.
When a team works apart, the simplest question is the hardest to answer: when is everyone actually reachable? Microsoft Teams shows a live status and forgets it the moment it changes, so coverage and availability become a matter of memory and guesswork. Presify turns that signal into a record, per person and per team, so the answer is a number you can look back on.
What you get
Presence timelines and online-time trends
See each person’s availability across the day and the week, rolled up into online-time summaries and team trends you can actually report on.
Coverage across time zones
Judged in each person’s own time zone, so you can see whether every region was covered during the hours that matter, instead of guessing from one snapshot.
Anomaly flags, with the math
Patterns that stand out from typical use are surfaced automatically, each shown with the calculation behind it, so a flag starts a question rather than ending one.
Read-only and private by design
Presify reads presence status only. Never message content, chats, calls, files, or calendars, and nothing is installed on anyone’s device.
No agent, nothing on anyone’s device
Presify is built on Microsoft Graph. Setup is a one-time, read-only Microsoft admin consent, and that is the whole footprint. There is no software to install, no screenshots, and no keystroke logging, ever. That is the line that separates Presify from agent-based monitoring tools, and it is worth comparing directly: see Presify vs ActivTrak and Presify vs Teramind.
Best fit
- You run a remote, hybrid, or multi-location team and need to know whether coverage held.
- You want Teams presence history, online-time trends, and anomaly review without installing software.
- You are comfortable telling your team that Teams presence is kept and used as conversation context.
Not the right tool for
- You need screenshots, keystroke logging, app or website tracking, or message review.
- You want a productivity score or a tool that decides whether someone was working.
- You cannot confirm your monitored users are in the United States and covered by your notice policies.
Evidence, not a verdict
Presence shows when someone was reachable in Teams, not what work they did. We treat it as a coverage and reachability signal, a starting point for a conversation rather than a judgment about a person, and we recommend telling your team their presence is kept. For the principle in full, read a fair way to track remote work hours.
Presify is built for US-based workforces. Users located in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or Canada are automatically excluded from monitoring, and guest accounts are never monitored. Data is tenant-isolated and processed on US infrastructure. More on the security page.
