Accessibility at Presify

We want everyone, including people who use assistive technologies, to be able to use Presify.

Our goal

Presify is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark widely used for digital accessibility. We treat accessibility as part of building the product, not an afterthought.

How we test

We run automated accessibility checks across every page of the application and the marketing site, in both light and dark themes, as part of our development process. We also carry out manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers, which is ongoing.

Known limitations

Automated testing catches only part of what matters for accessibility. We are completing manual review of keyboard operation, focus order, screen-reader output, and zoom and reflow. While that work continues, some areas may not yet fully meet our Level AA goal. If you rely on assistive technology and hit a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize it.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of Presify is difficult or impossible to use, we want to fix it. Contact us with the page and what happened, and our team will follow up and work to resolve it. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern.

Scope

This statement covers the Presify web application and marketing site. Microsoft Teams and other third-party services are governed by their own providers’ accessibility practices.
