Connect Microsoft once
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account and grant one read-only admin consent. No agent to deploy, nothing installed on any endpoint.

Choose who to include
Pick exactly who to monitor from your directory. Guests and disabled accounts are excluded automatically, and members in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or Canada are never monitored.

Read the reports
Presify reads presence on a schedule and turns it into timelines, trends, and anomaly flags, exportable to Excel, PDF, or CSV.
Not a monitoring suite
Presify reads presence status only. It never reads message content, chats, calls, files, or calendars, it never takes screenshots, and it never logs keystrokes. Presence shows when someone was reachable, not what work they did, so we treat it as a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict, and we recommend telling your team their presence is kept.
