Presify text messaging terms of use
By opting in to or using a Text Message Service (defined below) from Presify, you accept these text messaging terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and Presify, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Presify," "we," "our," or "us").
Definitions
"Opting in" means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from us.
"Text Message Service" means any arrangement in which we send one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including text messages such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies.
Consenting to text messaging
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these text messaging terms and conditions, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
E-SIGN disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.
Presify text message service privacy
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide through this service only to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with the platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared, sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose. We may still disclose information as necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This notice applies to your use of the Text Message Service and does not modify our Privacy Policy, which governs our relationship in other contexts.
Types of messages and frequency
This Text Message Service is for conversational, one-to-one communication between you and a member of the Presify team. It is not used for marketing, promotional, automated, or bulk messaging. We may send an initial message with details about the service; after that, how many messages you receive depends on how you use our services and whether you take steps that generate more messages from us, such as sending a HELP request. Message frequency varies.
Costs of text messages
We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive through this Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other provider, you may be charged by that provider.
Getting help
For help with the Text Message Service, reply HELP to any message from us, email support@presify.io, or use our contact form. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. US Eastern time.
Opting out
If you no longer want to receive text messages, reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Because this is a conversational, person-to-person service, opt-out requests apply to the conversation with the specific Presify team member and phone number you are messaging. After you unsubscribe, we may send one confirmation message.
