Presify records presence at every hour of the day, evenings and weekends included, so your notice should cover those hours too. Some state laws also limit monitoring outside working hours.

Yes. Presify’s read-only connector is built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). It lets Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot (through Copilot Studio), and other MCP clients answer questions about presence history, online time, flags, and coverage in plain language. It is on every plan, and answers follow your plan (flags and coverage only where your plan includes them).

The connector can read only what the signed-in person can already see in Presify, so a monitor sees only their own people. It can never change anything. Any connection can be revoked at any time, and connections are recorded in the audit log (viewable on Pro and Scale). Presify is for US-based companies whose teams use Microsoft Teams on Microsoft 365. It is built and hosted in the US, and the people you track can be in most countries except the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada. People whose Microsoft 365 directory location is set to one of those are excluded automatically, and guests are never tracked. Wherever your people are, notice, consent or another lawful basis, and local law are the workspace owner’s to handle.
