Check the pattern before you judge
Presence isn’t productivity. Presify gives you a directional read on when people are online and how much, and flags patterns worth a look. A flag is a pattern, not proof, so what you do with it starts with a conversation. Tell your team their Teams presence is tracked before you start. Some US states require advance written notice, and Presify includes a ready-to-adapt employee-notice template. For the principle in full, read a fair way to track remote work hours.
Presify is built and hosted in the US, and it can track people in most countries except the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada. Anyone whose Microsoft 365 directory location is set to one of those is excluded automatically, and guest accounts are never tracked. Wherever your people are, notice, a lawful basis, and the local laws that apply to them are your responsibility. Common questions, including tracking people outside the US, are answered in the FAQ.
