Always green isn’t always there.

A mouse jiggler or a keep-alive script can hold Teams on Available all day. Presify checks each tracked person’s history for six unusual presence patterns. Four are what those tools tend to leave; two are unusual hours, which can just as easily be someone working late. Every pattern shows how it is calculated.

How Idle suppression is calculated

How Idle suppression is calculated. Looks for a continuous stretch where the account stays present and never reports Idle. Teams normally switches an account to Idle after the keyboard and mouse are inactive for a few minutes. This flags a span of 5 or more hours of presence with no Idle at all, but only when the rest of that day is flat (few status changes around the span), so a genuine heads-down work block inside an otherwise active day is not flagged. Flagged high. (The 5-hour floor and this flat-day check are tunable per workspace.)

Yellow at 2 PM, online until 8:45 PM. Late hours can be real work or a script left running, which is why a flag is a pattern worth a look, not proof.
