Presify started with a simple frustration: Microsoft Teams shows you a green dot, then forgets it ever happened.
IT and operations teams get asked the same questions — when is this team actually reachable, how is online time trending, is anything unusual — and Teams gives them a single dot in a single moment. The history scrolls away.
Presify keeps that signal and turns it into something useful: presence timelines, online-time trends, and automatic anomaly flags. We built it on Microsoft Graph so there’s nothing to install, and we built it read-only so it sees presence status and nothing else — never message content, calls, files, or calendars.
We take the boring parts seriously. Every record is scoped to your tenant, data is encrypted, access is least-privilege, and state-changing actions are audited. It’s the posture an IT admin would ask for, because that’s exactly who Presify is built for.
