How does Presify handle the data it keeps?
Presify keeps one narrow signal, so the controls around it can be strict. Access is role-based: owner on every plan, and on Pro and up, additional admins and a scoped monitor role that sees only the people assigned to it. Every state-changing action lands in an append-only audit log (viewable and exportable on Pro and up).
Retention is plan-based, so history trims automatically, and both per-user and workspace-wide deletion are built in. Presify is built and hosted in the US, and everything runs tenant-isolated. The people you track can be in most countries except the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada. People whose Microsoft 365 directory location is set to one of those are excluded automatically.
The same controls hold when you connect an AI assistant. The connector is read-only and answers only from what the signed-in person can already see. Every connection is recorded in the audit log and can be revoked. There is more detail on the security page.
